Hi, I'm Kels!

The Best Sourdough Glazed Donuts

It’s no secret I have used and loved Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for a long time now. This new Collagen Veggie blend takes it to a whole new level!

I love the benefits of collagen peptides. They are a great source of protein that also helps build, strengthen, and repair your hair, skin, and nails.

The new Collagen Greens have me so excited. I have loved every Vital Proteins product I’ve tried, including the Beef Liver Capsules, the Grass-Fed Gelatin, and the Collagen. I love what they have done as a company and the changes I have seen with their products. They are easy to disguise and feed to my family, which is a nice bonus!

Adding in a mix of fruits and veggies to the collagen makes my life easier. It gives an extra boost of nutrition and fiber that I can throw in a smoothie and pack it with goodness. The Collagen Greens aren’t sweet. There isn’t stevia or monk fruit or any other sweetener added.

It’s pure fruits and veggies. It’s potent, for sure! But I have thrown it in a few smoothies now and couldn’t even make it out! My kids didn’t notice either, which is always the biggest test.

I am excited to continue to play around with these greens in different recipes. With 21 g protein,  and 6 g of fiber in every serving, I am sold. They are also Whole30 approved, for those interested in that.
