Hi, I'm Kels!

The Best Sourdough Glazed Donuts

I try to eat with the seasons as much as I can. That’s why my feed on instagram/facebook is littered with melons and berries during early summer, tomatoes, peppers, and zucchini late summer, and lots of pomegranate, citrus, and brussel sprouts in the winter! I love seeing the new fruits and veggies come out as the seasons change.

It’s no secret that I love my vegetables roasted. Brussels are no exception. They are fabulous with those little crispy bits and just a little oil, salt, and garlic. This combo is a real winner and is sure to impress any guest. It looks pretty, and tastes fabulous.
